Additionally, the system must feature secure payment processing, compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, and the ability to manage sensitive data securely. The Court is committed to adopting a solution that not only meets current needs but also positions the Court to effectively manage future demands. Currently, the Court processes an average of 55,000 to 60,000 certified documents annually, with these numbers expected to rise due to population growth and the addition of new courthouses.
