Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Rincon del Diablo Municipal Water District (“District”) is requesting sealed proposals from interested and qualified vendors (“Vendors”) to provide the following: 1) Managed Service Desk 2) Managed Backup 3) Managed Continuous Cybersecurity Training 4) Managed Vulnerability Scanning and Remediation 5) Managed Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) 6) Managed Detection and Response (MDR) 7) Managed Network Monitoring The District’s existing IT Managed Services agreement is set to expire on October 31st, 2023. It is required that the selected Vendor assist with the offboarding process with the existing Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure a smooth transition. The initial term of the agreement will be for three (3) years with two (2) one (1) year mutually agreed upon extensions. It is anticipated that a new agreement will be in place on or before October 1st, 2023.
