Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Fontana is soliciting proposals for IT Contract Services to assist in the technical support/operations and improvement of the City of Fontana’s ERP system - Tyler Munis Financial System and Tyler Executime Payroll System. The successful vendor will apply expert knowledge in Tyler Munis, Tyler Executime, CalPERS, and municipal financial processes and perform the following work: • Prepare for system upgrades -Configuration -Testing -Implementation • Report writing • Troubleshooting • Work with Tyler Support • Reviewing current practices and configurations • Implementing best practices • Provide training and guidance to both technical and operational staff
