Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State Controller’s Office (SCO) is seeking an agreement for two full-time Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Executive Management Advisor resources to advise SCO Executive Management on strategies to ensure that SCO requirements and business objectives are successfully met via the planning of the Financial Information System for California (FI$Cal) ERP system. The ERP Executive Management Advisors will advise SCO Executive Management as follows: 1. Analyze the FI$Cal ERP system relative to best practices and standards for public sector ERP initiatives, and make recommendations to SCO. 2. Advise SCO on applying best practices and development strategies relative to successful public sector initiatives. 3. Provide ERP expertise and make recommendations to optimize business and technical, strategic, and tactical decisions. 4. Provide expertise and recommendations regarding change management strategies. 5. Provide ERP management services through the term of the Agreement.
