Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project Administration and Management This task includes project administration and management tasks associated with the project contract that are not included in the tasks included in the IRWM Plan Update scope of work, including but not limited to: Kickoff Meeting (following Notice to Proceed) Maintain progress schedules Budget oversight Monthly progress reports to District staff Invoicing for workcompleted and formatted in a way that will allow the District to utilize them easily for developing invoices to DWR (i.e. nonreimbursable expenses readily identifiable) 3. Technical Review QA/QC This task includes an independent technical review by the members of the consulting team experienced in water resources management and/or integrated regional water management, but not directly involved in the development of this IRWM Plan. This internal QA/QC will provide additional review and expertise to the project to ensure that it meets the expectations of the local project participants and stakeholders, adequately meets DWRs 2012 IRWM Guidelines.
