Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Montebello (“CITY”) is soliciting qualified proposals for the purchase,installation and operational training of a Physical Access Control System. The CITY currently has a small pilot test access control system from ISONAS. Because the system has performed as expected, the City desires to expand this system into other facilities and departments. The City started testing a pilot access control system to comply with financial audits requiring the City to secure the IT Datacenter and Finance Department. The pilot test proved to be a success. The City would like to expand this project into various locations and facilities. It is the goal of the City to obtain a system that the same as currently used. However, other systems are acceptable if the Proposer can demonstrate that it will integrate with the current system.
