Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected proposer will provide the following services on a regular year-round schedule: • Staff the Guest House to provide tours and/or information to visitors throughout the year, including a robust summer schedule and a lighter schedule during fall, winter, and spring (includes weekends and most holidays, except for Thanksgiving and Christmas) • Provide additional informational services, activities, and programs that may be requested at the Beach House property or other City locations in conjunction with other public programs • Deliver special annual programs honoring the legacies of Marion Davies and Julia Morgan • Provide private tours for Beach House event clients as requested • Participate in marketing events and activities, including but not limited to broadcast, print, journalist interviews, tourism industry, special guests, and others • Produce programs that have wide appeal to youth and adults, residents, tourists, historians, preservationists, and other interested and diverse demographics • Provide additional activities and programs as requested by City staff • Be a key stakeholder in the evolution and development of new and existing interpretive services and exhibits that appeal to diverse audiences
