The consultant selected shall provide PM/CM services for the Project and shall be responsible for the overall coordination of the Project through construction and be able to assist the County in keeping the Project on schedule. The Consultant shall coordinate its work with the County and designer throughout the life of the project. The Scope of Services includes key items of work needed to complete the PM/CM services for the Project. The scope of services described is intended to provide guidance only. The Consultant is strongly encouraged to propose and include innovative and other approaches that will benefit the project. Consultant, under the direction of the County, shall provide all resources necessary to successfully complete preconstruction support, construction management and closeout documentation for the Project.
