Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide all materials, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to install and service the security alarm system and provide 24-hour monitoring ; One Installation, service and monitoring contractor shall furnish all materials, tools, and labor necessary to remove existing security equipment and. Install new security equipment, monitor and maintain motion sensors, exterior door contacts, interior door contacts, keypads, control panels, overhead door contacts, panic alarms, audio sensors and glass break sensors on a 24-hours basis, 7-days a week, all within the Inland Empire district, for a 36 month period beginning upon written Notice to Proceed (NTP) work. Contractor must be a UL Certified Monitoring Center that is also part of the security installation company as compared with a third-party monitoring center. Need to utilize a centralized software management system called Virtual Keypad for the management of all Department of Parks and Recreation within the Inland Empire District security system. Hardware to be installed in each location needs to be Digital Monitoring Products XR150 Network Control Panels with Cellular Communication Backup. The Service agreement on maintenance needs to include full-service warranty; defined as the placement and/or repair of all system devices due to normal wear and tear, testing, inspection, routine preventive maintenance, battery replacement and service of intrusion alarm system complete and ready for use in accordance with plans and specifications. Does not include equipment damage as a result of vandalism or misuse, service calls due to faulty phone lines connected to alarm communication. In specified locations of the installation the contractor will also utilize integrated access for certain doors with Virtual Keypad.
