Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State Controller’s Office (SCO) is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance, nonemergency and emergency on-call services for physical security, access control, and surveillance systems installed at the following State Controller's Office (SCO) facility locations. The SCO’s security systems are in operation 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. The Contractor shall provide all the services stated in this solicitation and in accordance with Sample Contract, Exhibit A, Scope of Work (SOW). The services described herein shall ensure that the security systems operate at optimum performance on the following equipment: 1. Software House C*Cure 800/9000 Access Control Systems; 2. American Dynamics Intellex Digital Video Recording (DVR) Systems; American Dynamic VideoEdge Network Video Recording System, ExacqVision Video Management System, and Victor Video Analytics; 3. iSTAR Access Control Panels; 4. Intrusion detection systems, duress alarm systems, surveillance cameras, and related equipment.
