The Stockton Maritime Museum (SMM) is pleased to invite proposals from qualified consultants to provide fullservice design, engineering, and permitting services for the in-water improvements associated with the permanent berthing of the USS Lucid. These improvements represent a pivotal piece of a larger capital effort to create a vibrant, multi-use maritime heritage destination on Stockton’s Downtown Waterfront. Funded in part by a Proposition 68 Community and Economic Enhancement Grant administered through the California Delta Conservancy, the project reflects a shared vision to preserve Stockton’s maritime legacy, expand public access to the Delta, and activate the waterfront as a cultural and educational anchor.
