Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Los Angeles County (LAC or County) Department of Mental Health (DMH or Department) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to solicit bids from qualified agencies that are interested in Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning, Intersex and 2-Spirit (LGBTQI2-S) Transition Age Youth (TAY) Prevention Services. The LGBTQI2-S TAY Prevention Services Program provides Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI) services (trainings, support groups, community engagement, and mental health care, etc.) to LGBTQI2-S TAY, ages 16-25. Current contractors with an executed LAC-DMH Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Master Agreement (MA) that selected PEI Service Component, “Prevention” focal area, are eligible to submit a bid.
