Specifications include, but are not limited to: B. Contractor Roles and Responsibilities 1. The Contractor shall: a. Provide an online course training solution, which consists of, but is not limited to: 1) Commercial off-the-shelf, online-based, live web-cast training consisting of a course library of content related to IBM DOORS, listed in Sample Agreement, Exhibit A, Section B.1.a.10). i. Live webcasts should be presented by expert instructors and provide downloadable presentation materials, and question and answer (Q&A) capability via distance learning through streaming video. ii. Summary examinations (e.g. quizzes and/or a final test) shall be administered for courses prior to granting course credit. 2) Maintains users and enrollee names confidential. 3) Provide Certificates of Completion for each participant after completion of each course. 4) Designate a representative to be the single point of contact and Contractor Contract Manager for the training engagements. This representative will be the sole point of contact for all communications relative to the engagement and will have the authority to act on the Contractor’s behalf in matters regarding this engagement. 5) Coordinate with the State representative the times and dates each course will be held and obtain the names of the attendees.
