The scope of services for this Project shall be inclusive of all activities necessary to initiate and complete Right Of Way (ROW) acquisition/easements, Environmental Document Revalidation, and the Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E) phase of project development, in accordance with Caltrans requirements. PS&E services may include, but not limited to, professional engineering such as civil, structural, electrical, hydraulic, traffic, geotechnical, and utilities, for the design and preparation of construction plans, specifications, and estimate for pavement design, roadway layout, construction details, water pollution control, grading, drainage, utilities, construction area signs, stage construction, traffic handling, pavement delineation, roadway signage, landscape and irrigation, structures, and electrical. PS&E services shall include preparation and finalization of construction plans, specifications, and estimate, including all supporting studies and reports, as necessary to achieve “Ready To List” status as defined by Caltrans.
