The County of Stanislaus (County) Department of Environmental Resourses is seeking a qualified and experienced consultant to provide all of the labor and materials to perform hydrologic services to support the County’s Groundwater Program, including but not limited to, assistance with interpretation of the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA), well permitting, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) compliance, review of environmental documents for hydrological/hydrogeological impacts, updates and refinements to the Stanislaus County Groundwater Ordinance, and assistance with the development and implementation of various Groundwater Sustainability Plans (GSPs) for which the County is a part of, as further described in Exhibit A - Scope of Work.
