The City of Los Angeles (City), through the Bureau of Engineering (BOE) Bridge Improvement Division (BID), seeks the services of a qualified consulting firm (Consultant) to complete the environmental documentation and develop the plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for the Huntington Drive Multi-Modal Transportation Improvement Project (Project). The City has received an SR-710 North Mobility Improvement grant to implement critical infrastructure enhancements aimed at: Enhancing vehicular mobility and safety Expanding micro-transit accessibility Improving pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure Creating green space and open areas Advancing transit services and connectivity Supporting local businesses and economic activity Enhancing access to educational and recreational centers Scope of Work An Alternatives Analysis Report was prepared in a previous phase and is included as a transmittal for reference in this solicitation. Also included are several backup reports from the previous phase as reference materials. However, technical studies necessary to complete the environmental documentation remain incomplete and are included in the scope of work for this Task Order.
