The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a pool of pre-qualified vendors to provide learning and development services to CalSTRS leaders and staff as part of the onsite organizational development program. Additionally, these services will support the learning strategies critical to the success of CalSTRS strategic goals and priorities. The Contractor shall assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating organizational development activities that support CalSTRS strategic plans. These activities include, but are not limited to training strategy, needs assessments, training plans, training content, training deployment, facilitation, and performance assessments. Training activities will align to CalSTRS core values and competencies.
