Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm will work with City staff, as well as other key stakeholders, to review and assist with organizational strategies of Human Resources processes and recommend streamlining options. The firm will provide a comprehensive range of recruitment services. The selected firm will also assist with training and development programs. The expected level of effort will be determined through consultation with the selected firm to understand the time commitment in hours or level of commitment needed on an annual basis. The cost proposal should indicate the different levels of potential fees.
