Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide snow removal services to Hope Valley SNO-Park; located in Alpine County approximately three (3) miles south of the intersection of State Routes (SR) 88 and 89. The contract term will begin on August 1, 2022, or upon DPR approval whichever is later through August 1, 2025 (3 years). Contractor will perform services for three (3) consecutive winter seasons between November 1st and May 31st of each season.; during winter months, of November 2022 through May 2023; 4. Estimated number of hours necessary to perform snow removal services are as follows: Snow Plowing: 200 hours Snow Blowing: 150 hours 5. Contractor shall provide equipment capable of cutting a vertical face for the depth of the snow. Department of Parks and Recreation Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation (OHMVR) Division reserves the right to inspect all snow removal equipment to determine its ability to meet the minimum snow removal requirements. 6. Snow removal equipment will include a minimum of one (1) snowplow and one (1) snow blower with a 360-degree discharge chute. For the purpose of this agreement, a pick-up truck with a snow blade will not be considered a snowplow.
