Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.Access Road: Contractor shall remove all snow from the full width of the accessroad; beginning at SR-88 and continuing to the winter closure gate located on thesouthern end. Snow removal must accommodate vehicle parking on both sidesof the roadway.B.Southern Parking Lot Loop: Contractor shall remove all snow from the parkinglot loop located on the west side of Blue Lakes Road. Snow removal mustprovide sufficient space to safely enter, park, turn around, and leave the parkinglot loop.C. Northern Parking Lot Loop: Contractor shall remove all snow from the parkinglot loop located on the northside of Blue Lakes Road. Snow removal mustprovide sufficient space to safely enter, park, turn around and leave the parkinglot loop.D.Restroom Access: Contractor shall remove all snow from the entryways andtops of the vault and portable toilet units. Snow shall not be allowed to damage orblock access to the restroom facilities.E.Sign Obstructions: Contractor shall remove all snow in front of the SNO-PARKsigns. Snow shall not be allowed to obstruct the signs in any way.F.Removal of Other Obstructions: Contractor shall dispose of downed treebranches, trash or other debris that impede the safe removal of snow andclearing of the SNO-PARK site in appropriate receptacle(s) to avoid movingrefuse into snowbanks.
