Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected vendor, on a rental basis, shall design, supply, install, provide maintenance services, and remove outdoor holiday decorations and holiday lights at the Palmdale Auto Mall and Poncitlán Square for the holiday season (December 1, 2024 – January 4, 2025). Tentative Schedule: •November 6, 2024 – Holiday Lights and Decorations Installation Begins. o Installation completion date by December 1st, 2024. •December 6th, 2024 – Palmdale Auto Mall Location – Official Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony. o This shall be the first day the tree is lit and shall remain lit with the remainder of the decorations throughout the season. •January 5th, 2024 – Begin Removal of all Holiday Lighting and Decorations. o Removal completion date by January 8, 2025.
