Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Sacramento Municipal Utility District, hereinafter referred to as SMUD, is soliciting proposals for High School Energy Auditor Training & Implementation Project. The Consultant shall provide SMUD with professional services including the development of curriculum, provision of meetings space, delivery of educational services, and student project oversight to selected high school students in the summer of 2013. Services will be specified in the contract with the selected Consultant, which will include a project schedule, dates of classes, and all deliverables involved in executing the contract. The HS EE Project is a competitive bid proposal, with a strict budget cap of $100,000. It is anticipated that responses will propose an approach with full compensation equal to or less than this amount.
