The County of Riverside’s Purchasing Department, acting on behalf of the Riverside University Health System (RUHS) Food & Nutrition Department, is currently requesting price quotes and product information for the supply of premium-quality baked goods as detailed in Exhibit “A”- Product Specifications and Exhibit “B”- Scope of Service, attached hereto. These baked goods will be used by the RUHS Food & Nutrition Department, which is tasked with ensuring the availability of fresh and high-quality bakery items. These items are intended for multiple purposes within the RUHS facilities, including resale in the hospital cafeteria and coffee shop, as well as catering services for various events. These events may include professional gatherings such as physician and nurse appreciation events, executive and administrative meetings, and other functions that require food service. Vendors are expected to provide products that meet high standards of quality, freshness, and presentation, suitable for both retail and professional catering environments.
