The Contractor shall provide a fully operational and maintained fleet of landfill operations heavy equipment, owned by OCWR, for use by OCWR equipment operators, regardless of primary location. Maintenance services provided by the Contractor shall include daily routine maintenance, preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PdM), corrective maintenance (CM), and other miscellaneous services. All PM, PdM, and CM activities shall be performed according to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications. Maintenance services must be planned and scheduled accordingly, except in the case of urgent or emergency work authorized by the OCWR Contract Administrator or designee. The Contractor shall establish an on-site maintenance facility, including satellite warehouses for parts storage, and provide personnel to perform maintenance on heavy equipment at the Regional Landfills. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide as-needed diesel fueling services for all OCWR assets.
