The contracted facility shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, facilities, materials (as authorized), incidentals, quality control, and services necessary to perform heavy‑duty truck repair on an as‑needed basis, including but not limited to: • Powertrain & Driveline Diesel engine repair (medium/heavy duty), cooling, fuel, turbo/charge air, EGR/DPF/SCR aftertreatment, emissions sensors. Transmission (manual/automated/automatic), clutch, PTO, differentials, axles, drivelines and balancing. Engines in current fleet; Cummins ISL/ISX, Detroit D-13/D-15, Paccar PX9/MX11. Transmissions in current fleet; Allison 3500/4000/4500, Easton Units. • Brake, Suspension, Steering & Chassis Air brake systems (valves, compressors, chambers, lines), hydraulic assist, ABS. Leaf/air suspension components, steering gears, hubs, wheel ends, alignments. • Electrical & HVAC Starting/charging, multiplex wiring, body lighting, trailer connectors.
