Task 1-1: Project Management: Consultant shall organize and report project progress at weekly team meetings. It is anticipated that most team meetings will be web-based/teleconference. Consultant shall use online collaboration tools to facilitate engaging and collaborative meetings. Consultant shall summarize meeting minutes regarding discussion, decision items and next steps, and shall share meeting minutes with SCAG Project Manager within 48 hours after each meeting. Task 1-2: Heavy Duty Truck Model Improvement Plan (H-MIP): As the first step, and before getting started with any data analysis, consultant shall prepare a detailed draft HDT Model Improvement Plan (draft H-MIP) to review the status of the current Heavy Duty Truck (HDT) model, model structures, model coefficients, parameters, and evaluate the quality of the current input and outputs. In collaboration with the SCAG Project Manager, consultant shall make a clear list of targets and requirements for updating the HDT model. Based on these objectives and priorities, Consultant shall make a summary list of prioritized elements and process that need to be updated.
