The City of Inglewood (City) seeks Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technical Support Contractors to provide on-call services for repairing and troubleshooting the HVAC-LG Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system in the field. The City desires an on-call Contractor who will provide services for the HVAC-LG equipment and building automated systems. Upon the City’s call for service, Contractor must provide the following: • Schedule an inspection appointment within 24 hours of receiving the service call. • Attend job walk of service site with the City. • Send notice to the City once mechanical or automated service is completed. • Required to supply all costs per job, including all labor, fees, taxes, and delivery. • Reconcile job site mechanical and automated systems with the City representative for each job.
