The College is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive preventative maintenance services for fifty-four (54) condensing and non-condensing boilers, each rated at 2,000 MBH or less. Covered equipment includes units manufactured by Ajax, Ace, Laars, Raypak, RBI, ATH, U.S. Boiler, Lochinvar, Rheem/Ruud, Patterson-Kelley, and Cleaver-Brooks. Services shall include, but are not limited to: Routine inspections Cleaning of heat exchangers and burners Testing of safety controls and operating components Adjustments for optimal combustion efficiency Documentation of all work performed All work must ensure continued system performance and reliability, and must comply with applicable State of California Mechanical Code and South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) regulations, including those related to emissions and combustion testing.
