PROJECT SUMMARY Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to execute comprehensive waste management services, encompassing remediation, hauling, and disposal, while adhering strictly to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The scope of these services pertains to the materials detailed in Exhibit A, Attachment 1, Material List. As-needed services shall include the following: Remediate with complete onsite demolition and removal of bio-waste (e.g., sharps and hazardous biological laboratory organisms (BLO)), asbestos, ACM, and other hazardous materials (e.g., lead based products, hazardous chemicals, and cleaning chemicals used in the build or demolition process) and decontamination. Package and label waste and adhering to regulations for the containment and labeling of different categories of waste. Haul and dispose of waste from State properties to approved treatment and disposal facilities permitted or authorized to handle such waste under California law.
