A. Contractor shall provide CAL FIRE with removal and disposal of hazardous waste materials stored in tanks. B. Contractor shall provide CAL FIRE with removal and disposal of waste materials stored in 55-gallon drums. Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, tools, equipment, materials, permits, licensing, fees, and documentation necessary for the removal and disposal of waste items at the listed state operated facilities. Waste items to include non-Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) waste, liquid (waste oil, hydraulic and transmission fluids), waste coolant, waste anti-freeze, paint, flammable debris, wash tank pumping, used oil and waste fuel filters, oil absorbents and waste solvents. C. Services shall be performed no less than every ninety (90) days, as needed per Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. Service may be required more often, and if so, will be upon service call from the CAL FIRE Project Representative. If additional calls are made sooner than ninety (90) days, the ninety (90) day cycle can resume again from the additional service call. Remainder of service will be by call from the CAL FIRE Project Representative or designated employees at the service locations. Contractor shall respond within seventy-two (72) hours of service calls. D. Contractor shall handle, pump, remove, transport, and recycle all waste in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. E. Contractor shall provide any Material Safety Data Sheet, Bill of Lading and Material Manifest for each removal as required by Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. F. Contractor shall provide hazard categorization (HazCat) service on an as-needed basis or as requested by the CAL FIRE Project Representative, in the event that there are unknown hazardous wastes. HazCat services included but not limited to the following: hazardous waste detention, identification, sample testing, both on-sites and off-sites, re-packaging, transporting, and disposing. G. Any excess empty containers at these CAL FIRE locations shall be removed by the Contractor as requested by the CAL FIRE Project Representative, at no additional cost.
