Specifications include, but are not limited to: as-needed Cloud Computing Services to augment the Harbor Department’s computing environment in areas such as Disaster Recovery Services and emerging technologies. The proposed Cloud Computing Services shall include a dedicated, secure and exclusive infrastructure which may include Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), or Software as a Service (SaaS). This includes, but is not limited to, sufficient and redundant power, cooling, network communication infrastructure, surveillance, access control, fire suppression, and physical security for the Harbor Department’s Cloud Computing environment on a 24x7x365 basis and maintaining an uptime of all facilities at 99.9% availability.
