This Sources Sought is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP) or promise to use a future RFQ or RFP.
This Sources Sought is to determine the availability of businesses to include small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms, certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, and Woman Owned Small Businesses) to provide the required products.
This does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Sources Sought. All costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this Sources Sought does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if issued.
60 MXS is requesting to purchase a HandyScan Evo Elite 2-Accu+Kit V1. This scanner would aid in reverse-engineering aircraft components and measuring damage, streamlining our operations and significantly reducing time needed to repair critical structure on aircraft. This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement.
The contractor shall provide the following:
1. Equipment: Brand/Model Number – Creaform / SYS-H3D-EVOEAKS
1.01. Include HandyScan EVO Elite with Accu+kit (SYS-H3D-EVOEAKS)
1.02. Include accident coverage for 1 year (OPC-H3D-ACCOVE)
1.03. Include HandyScan EVO Elite Select Customer Care Plan Year 2 (MNT-H3D-SELECT1YEVO)
1.04. Include Select Factory Accredited Calibration (OPC-H3D-CALIBISOEVO)
1.05. Include accident coverage - HandySCAN 3D - Year 2 (OPC-H3D-ACCOVE)
1.06. Include Scan-To-CAD Pro + Inspection (SFT-CRE-SCPROINS)
1.07. Include 3d scanning manual turntable (ACC-CRE-TT)
1.08. Include 3 days of on-site training including T and L at 7 hours per day for 3 people (TRN-CRE-ST3)
1.09. Include Shipping (OTH-H3D-SHUSA+AK)
