In general, the work comprises of the replacement of two existing trellises at the Susi Q Community Center with two new trellises of equal dimensions, ensuring the new structures do not exceed the footprint of the originals. The existing lighting integrated into the current trellises will be retained and incorporated into the new structures. Additionally, the Hagan Place Stairs Project involves the removal of the existing deteriorated stairway and the installation of a new light weight concrete stair system of similar design. The scope also includes the installation of a new galvanized tube steel handrail, remove existing lighting, install new led light fixtures, fix existing drywall and paint drywall and stairs, all within the City of Laguna Beach.
