2.1. Service: The contractor shall supply all equipment, tools, materials, programming, and labor necessary to repair identified HVAC systems issues and assess all systems across Buildings 1001, 2000, and 2001. This includes detailed tasks for each building as outlined below: 2.1.1. Building 1001 2.1.1.1. Daikin VRV III Systems 2.1.1.1.1. CU 1-4: Repair the Communication Error (UE), replace and program the Main A1P Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) for the Master and Slave inverters, verify communication with the six associated fan coil units (FCUs). 2.1.1.1.2. CU 2-2: Resolve the High-Pressure Error (E3), replace and program the Main A1P PCBs for the Master and Slave inverters, replace the High-Pressure Transducer and condenser unit to ensure full system operation, and verify communication with the five associated fan coil units (FCUs). 2.1.1.1.3. CU 2-3: Repair the Communication Error, replace and program the Main A1P PCBs for the Master and Slave inverters, replace the condenser unit (if applicable) as part of the repair, verify communication with the four associated fan coil units (FCUs), and perform full system diagnostics. 2.1.1.1.4. CU 1-1, CU 1-2, CU 1-3, CU 2-1: Perform communication test and verify communication with the associated fan coil units. 2.1.1.2. Liebert MCD96ALAH7 Condenser 2.1.1.2.1. CRCU 1-1: Remove and replace the existing condenser in accordance with all applicable mechanical, electrical, and EPA Section 608 codes. The new condenser shall be installed in full compliance with mechanical and electrical codes. The unit will be charged per EPA guidelines, utilizing proper vacuum techniques, followed by a leak check and operational testing
