2.1 Contractor must have and maintain a C-20 Warm Air Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning license issued by the California State Licensing Board (CSLB) for the entirety of the contract. 2.2 Remove existing unit and dispose of existing unit 2.3 Installing (replacing existing) condenser, furnace, and coil (See unit info above): 2.3.1 Tie condensate drains into existing drains lines 2.3.2 Replace the pump if necessary. 2.3.3 Charge system with new 410a coolant using superheat and subcooling method. 2.3.4 Test cooling system for proper operation. 2.3.5 New electrical tail and gas flex for furnace. 2.3.6 Adapt to existing flue pipe. 2.3.7 New air filter and filter base if applicable 2.3.8 Install a new thermostat 2.3.9 Install liquid propane conversion kit for furnace, if needed 2.3.10 Use existing utilities and duct work
