This is a job order contract, which shall be used to provide the City with a readily available work force for repairs, alterations to existing facilities, emergency repairs and new construction, as the City deems appropriate. In general, the work consists of complete and full preventative maintenance at all City locations as outlined in the Technical Specifications of Part IV of these bid documents, as well as troubleshooting issues, conducting emergency repair, replacement, and/or system modifications or alterations of HVAC systems and miscellaneous associated work at such times and locations as required. The work shall be located in the City of Monterey, Presidio of Monterey (POM), DHRA Enterprise Operations Center (DEOC), and Ord Military Community (OMC).
