Detector(s) must be located inside all bedrooms, in the hallway or Livingroom and on every level of dwelling unit, including basement. Instruct homeowner on its use and on requirement to replace detector after 10 years of use. 2 Install a Smoke Detector / Alarm (Hard-wired to existing system) Livingr oom & Bedroom 2 $ $ Provide and Install new hard-wired smoke alarm to existing hard wired system. Previous alarm unit has been removed leaving exposed wiring. Detector(s) must be located inside all bedrooms, in the hallway and on every level of dwelling unit, including basement. Instruct homeowner on its use and recommend to test it routinely and get it checked yearly. 3 Remove & Replace the damaged wood door. Bedroom 1 $ $ Remove existing deteriorated wood door, then legally dispose of off-site. Provide and install a new interior pre-hung slab door. New door will be a paint-grade 1 3/8” hollow core door. Adjust door to open and close properly without rubbing the door jamb. Prime and Paint new door. Door installation is to include new hinges, doorknob / handle.
