The scope of work consists of furnishing all supervision and labor, materials, necessary equipment and tools, utility work, traffic control and public services coordination required for the completion of the Project. The proposed improvements include clearing and grubbing, cold milling of existing asphalt pavement, construction of Portland cement concrete pavement, construction of 2” asphalt concrete, reconstruction of curb ramps, installation of a solar street light, pavement striping and markings, and traffic signage. All work and resulting facilities will fully conform to the current adopted Coachella Valley State Implementation Plan (CVSIP) for PM-10 including Best Management Practices during the construction process.
