The County of Sonoma is pleased to announce the release of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for qualified and experienced firms or individuals, to conduct a full business review and assessment of the County’s existing aging human resources information system (HRIS), payroll, and timekeeping systems. Additionally, the intent is for the successful firm or individual to draft RFPs for both a new HRIS system, and corresponding software implementation consultant while providing consultation services to the County during the RFP processes. The County’s intent is to implement a new cloud-based integrated HRIS/payroll system that may be inclusive of employee timekeeping that integrates with other systems used by the County.
