Contractor shall provide inspection services for approximately 12,000 units annually for the Housing Authority of the County of San Diego (HACSD) and Housing and Community Development Services (HCDS), hereafter referred to as the County. The inspection functions shall be of prospective units and units currently under County's rental assistance programs. Those programs include, but are not limited to the following: the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program, Project-Based Housing Vouchers, Mobile Home Demonstration, Preservation/Enhanced Voucher, Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA), HOME – Home Investment Partnerships Program, Tenant-Based Rental Assistance, Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH), Family Unification Program (FUP), Mainstream Vouchers, Emergency Housing Vouchers (EHV), Home Ownership, Project One For All (POFA), Bringing Families Home (BFH), Public Housing, all applicable Affordable Housing Projects within the County’s Affordable Housing portfolio and the Section 8 Moderate-Rehabilitation Program.
