GENERAL (a)It is the purpose and intent of these Specifications to describe the minimumrequirements of this procurement. (b)All items not specifically mentioned which are required for a complete unit shall beincluded in the unit bid price. (c)All equipment and accessories to be furnished must be new and in currentproduction. All products shall conform in design, strength, quality of material andworkmanship to current industry standards. (d)Each bid shall be accompanied by a copy of the following: a)Any applicable manufacturer's Published Price List or website b)The manufacturer's descriptive literature and specifications or website c)The manufacturer's standard warranty (e)All equipment and accessories shall comply with regulations of the FederalOccupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the CaliforniaOccupational Safety and Health Administration (Cal/OSHA), whichever is morerestrictive. Prior to delivery, all equipment shall be completely inspected, and services performed as prescribed by the manufacturer(s).
