No Exceptions. Upon acceptance of the generator by the County When Installed, the Vendor shall transfer the C.A.R.B. (PERP) permit to the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works. Bidder must provide a proposed build sheet listing manufacturer’s options and features to be included with the generator bid.
