Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will deliver a Monthly Status Report including at a minimum: Tasks completed. Tasks in progress. Potential risks and a mediation plan for those risks. Planned tasks. Planned hours. Spend down. Spend projections. 1.3 The Contractor shall assign one individual as project manager to serve as primary contact for all aspects of the project, including work done through subcontractors. 1.4 The Contractor shall work with the State Contract Manager or designee to develop and convey key strategic outcomes in collaboration with the State and external organizations. 1.5 The Contractor shall be responsible for the production of final reports for government leaders or stakeholders including graphic design and editing for content and format. 1.6 The Contractor shall provide expert project planning, scheduling, and monitoring services, as requested. 1.7 The Contractor shall use Microsoft Project and other project management techniques to assist CalOHII leadership in setting realistic deadlines, resource allocation, and task assignment. 1.8 The Contractor shall make updates and appropriate changes to in the project plan schedule or content, as needed. Task Set 2 – HIPAA Compliance Reviews 2.1 The Contractor shall conduct Compliance reviews including the examination of state departments’ policies and procedures, and practices concerning privacy and security with all aspects of HIPAA and other state and federal law outlined in the Statewide Health Information Policy Manual (SHIPM).
