Prospective bidders are hereby notified that the Jurupa Community Services District, California (District) will receive bids for the District’s Headquarters Buildings Water Intrusion Repair & Painting – The projects consist of repairing Building A (administration building) tilt-up concrete walls and fenestrations to mitigate water intrusion with annotated areas of work noted on the drawings. This includes additional preparation of the Building A vestibule, which is framed and has a plaster finish, to receive paint. Following all repair work, Buildings A & B (operations building) shall be prepped and painted. Bird wire is to be installed at the roof rake, parapet or gutters of the buildings. The successful Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, transportation, tools, supplies, plant, equipment, and appurtenances, unless specifically excepted, for the satisfactory completion of the entire contract work, in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings.
