Contractors will furnish all labor, materials, administration, services, supplies, equipment, transportation, and quality control necessary to provide trash, recycling & litter pickup and removal during the Annual Cherokee National Holiday. The contractor shall empty trash & recycling barrels when needed and reline barrels with new trash & recycling bags, keeping areas clean and taking all trash & recycling to the Nation’s outside designated trash or recycling dumpsters. Contractors will also pick up litter across all grounds and maintain the cooling tents. Old food, plates, drinks or any other trash or recycling in cooling tents need to be monitored each day as listed for the dates and times above. The contractor will arrive at least thirty (30) minutes prior to scheduled times on each day. In the event of an emergency the contractor shall contact a Holiday Committee Member who will be available on site or by phone.
