1. The work shall include, but not be limited to the following as shown on the Plans Drawing No. HI-2025-01 and as described in these Specifications No. 2025-12 of the San Diego Unified Port District. a. Selective removal and salvage of door hardware as required to install a working card reader security system at the listed existing doors shown in the plans. Reuse salvaged and removed door hardware and return remaining to the port district. b. Provide selective demolition of walls and ceilings where surface mounted electrical and data conduit need to be routed. c. Provide wall and paint patch to match existing at locations where walls needed to be opened or cored through for new electrical and data wires. Include waterproofing at exterior locations and fireproofing/stopping at rated assemblies. d. Provide and install required new door hardware needed to retrofit the existing doors and frames to utilize a card reader security system. e. Protection of items indicated to remain. f. Disposal and Clean-up. g. Provide and install power and data as needed for the new card reader security system shown in the following plans. h. Provide all low voltage, communications and data cable required to install and deliver the listed card reader equipment and electrified door hardware in a complete and working system
