1. Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Guardrail Services as described herein. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, parts, incidentals, travel, traffic control, and equipment necessary to repair and/or replace damaged Metal Beam Guardrail (MBGR), Midwest Guardrail System (MGS) barrier, Thrie Beam Barrier, crash cushions, channel rail, and other highway components for the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) on a routine or non-routine basis. Contractor’s costs for all labor, materials, supplies, tools, parts, travel, equipment, and incidentals necessary shall be included in Contractor’s bid rates for each item listed on Bid Proposal, Attachment 1. 2. The services shall be performed along various State Routes in Caltrans District 03 throughout the counties of El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento, Sutter, and Yolo.
