The Contractor shall implement actions to support the Water Boards with developing components of the Action Plan for the Gualala River Sediment Total Maximum Daily Load (Action Plan) related to road maintenance and construction on private lands. These actions shall include 1) project management; 2) coordination in scheduling and conducting on-the-ground road evaluations; and 3) development of road inventories and treatment plans, and preparation and submission of a draft and final Road Inventories and Treatment Plan summary detailing existing conditions, at-risk resources, and designs specifications for treatment measures. Work done under this Contract Agreement No. 25-030-110 will be in coordination with the Sonoma RCD Contract Agreement No. 24-060- 110.
