The contractor shall provide all labor, licenses and permits, insurance, management, transportation, equipment, and materials necessary to perform groundskeeping maintenance services at the Joint Forces Training Base (JFTB), Los Alamitos, California. The operations to be performed shall include the collection and placement of unwanted vegetation and debris, including but not limited to grass cutting, edging, limited tree trimming, brush and bush trimming, weeding, drainage ditch cleaning and maintenance, and the performance of other miscellaneous services described herein. All vegetation debris collected must be deposited in the CMD provided 40-yard green waste bin at JFTB. The term of this contract is for a period of thirty-six (36) months. The anticipated start date of this contract is on or around December 1, 2025.
