The Provider will be required to supply all equipment, labor, fuel, and other appurtenances necessary to complete this work. 2. Heavy Disc. A heavy disc pass may be required to breakup weeds or soil clods generated by the ripping effort. A minimum disc size of 28" will be required for this effort. A finish disc, stubble disc, optimizer, or similar device may be used to prepare the seed bed. The unit rate for this work will be per pass per acre. As necessary to prepare for the check borders, the border sites will be planed prior to the border shaping. The Provider will be required to supply all equipment, labor, fuel, and other appurtenances necessary to complete this work.
